Goblin Storm

It hasn't been tested yet, but it sounds good. It's red, filled with Goblins, but it's a combo thing. With a lot of kills.
Here's the list :
Lands
20 Mountain
Creatures
4 Akki Rockspeaker
4 Mogg War Marshall
4 Skirk Prospector
Other spells
4 Lotus Petal
4 Skullclamp
4 Brightstone Ritual
4 Empty the Warrens
4 Goblin War Strike
4 Grapeshot
4 Rite of Flame
Sideboard
3 Tremor
4 Overload
4 Red Elemental Blast
4 Pyroblast
What's the idea ? It is quite simple, cast a lot of spells, either to gain mana and cast other spells, or to have board flooded with goblins. Kill can either be a massive attack (great group, though ;) or a Goblin war strike. Or a stormed grapeshot. In facts, it might be a combination of all three (sadistic grin).
What is to evolve in this deck ?
It has only 4 Unco by now (the Skullclamps). A fifth one should be find, with the challenge of being alone, and of being hard casted (no tutor at all...)
Akki rockspeaker might sound controversial. In this deck it seems better than Mogg fanatic (which must be sacrified in order to activate its ability and cannot be used for combo). May be an more agressive - and easier - option would be Raging goblin. I really don't know, as the deck just needs testing. May be it's all scam.
Future will tell, and so your tests will : please feel free to comment !

Let's analyze what makes a PEZ combo deck, combo.
'Tides operates around three main cards:
High Tides Prosperity Frantic Search/Cloud of Faeries
Everything else in the deck is intended to draw or tutor these cards out. Compare 'tides to the Goblin Storm deck, which utterly lacks draw. You have to have an alternate method of winning, because this combo is only going to go off if you draw Skullclamp.
Other than 'tides, we have the 'clamp series of deck. Kobold Clamp is just as reliant (although it has tutor) on the 'clamp as any other similar deck. It's more reliable because it possesses tutor, but otherwise is a one-trick pony.
ElfClamp, however, is substantially different in that it combines creature beatdown with combo. The ElfClamp combo engine looks like this:
Skullclamp Mana-Producing Elves Untap Elves
Its aggro engine is based on:
Timberwatch Elf Mana Producing Elves
It wins either by using Skullclamp to cycle through its entire deck and finding a kill or by getting lots of Elves on the table and beating with Timberwatch Elf (or something powered by the Timberwatch).
I show these two decks for two reasons: One, a good combo deck has a good method of finding its crtical cards. That means either draw or tutor. Two, a good combo deck needs mana acceleration. 'Tides uses High Tides and untap effects to get that. ElfClamp uses mana elves and untap effects.
Akki Rockspeaker, from what I can tell, is functionally a 1/1 for 1. Chris is correct that you could get more performance out of Mogg Fanatic. If there were some way to get Rockspeaker to come in and out of play, it would certainly be worth it. However, as far as I'm aware, the only way to get this working is with Kikijiki - a rare.
Goblin storm is, just like Kanoyams said, an aggro combo deck - just like elfclamp is.
You would argue this is not the half of elf in ElfClamp. Right, but ElfClamp doesn't have Empty the warrens, that will provide a lot of tokens by itself. You got plenty of kill besides the 8 storm spells : basically 12 goblin cards. 4 of them, ie Mogg war marshall, produce no more than 8 creatures. But actually both Chris and you are right about Rockspeaker. It is a False Big Idea (FBI ;).
Goblin Storm is indeed reliant on ElfClamp, and it would be silly to start a game without it in hand. Moreover the deck has a low mana curve and more mana acceleration than Kobold Clamp.
Either way, I don't pretend the build I posted here is the definite one. Rome wasn't make in a day, and may be there's some other solutions we don't think about.
The fifth unco slot is to be filled for a start. And maybe the clamp solution isn't a good one. What about 4 goblin recruiter and a lackey as fifth ? Or, as IdfTrotter suggested, a fully combo deck, only filled with red mana acceleration and a kill just made of Empty the warrens ?
How about Goblin Warchief as the 5th uncommon? Its kind of cheezy, but it makes Akki Rockspeaker and Goblin War Marshal better, gives you the option of attacking with your tokens, and ofcourse can be double clamped for four cards.
and if skullclamp is banned ? (as Christophe wish to !)
how can the deck survive without skullclamp ?
(add green for fecundity ???)
For Gremag : You have it. Here's the list as I was working on a non-Clamp way to combo on.
