Here are the official Rules for Peasant Magic. International rules are up-to-date, so far.
Beware, French rules have different restrictions, due to over-domination of three decks.

Brings big threats back from graveyard at no cost
Ritual agony
Aka Storm, this BU deck casts a killing Tendrils of agony
Life
Infinite life gain combo forces draw
ProsTides
High tide, untap spells and a killing Prosperity
Kobold-Clamp
Kobolds and SkullClamp to make a killing Tendrils of Agony
IsoBurn/Burn
Burn spells with Isochron scepter or Strip mine.
