What does this deck ? Nothing. Or, more exactly, it prevents its opponent from doing anything. The point to reach is : 7 cards or more in the graveyard (so you have Threshold), and enough mana to hard cast Grizzly Fate and its Flashback in the same turn. And then, rush in with Teddy bears.
You can also let an Isochron Scepter hit the board with a nice card imprinted on it (Moment's Peace is a favorite), and wait for your opponent to concede.
Last way to win : mill your opponent. It's very slow, very boring, but can work sometimes.

Thanks to Joun, also known as Etienne Barberon, for his list.
[Edit : let's say hi to Julien "EternelReveur" Kloetzer, original builder of this deck].

I translated his comments about his deck, and add some [explanations] :

"My deck lists 2 Isochron scepter and only 3 Grizzli fate in the unco slot [nota : first version played 4 Grizzly fate and Wonder, then it used to play 4 Grizzly fate and 1 Sol ring, but since this last one is ban out there in France...].

The main goal of this deck is to handle every aggro deck of the format, including Affinity.
I think this deck will suffer against some combo deck such as LeJay's TPPS [The Perfect Peasant Storm, also known as Warren Agony, before Tendrils was banned too].

About the Side :

Nourrish against burn : quite easy.
Respite against big aggros such as affinity.
Naturalize mainly against affinity surtout, and any other random deck that would use artifacts or enchantments as tool : Gob-Fecondity for example.
Muddle the mixture to search Moment's peace, scepter, AK, or Nourrish...

Against the new storm : 3 hindering touch, + 1 Muddle, + 3 Werebear to win the clock... [this is quite outdated. Hindering touch is quite bad, and its slot could be use for something else]
Werebear can get in against MonoBlack : usually, MB sides its removal OUT for the second game, and doesn't like much being faced with a 4/4 at 2cc. Moreover, Werebear protects us against the manadeath sinkhole can generate."

Of course, this Peasant Threshold deck is quite vulnerable to artifact disruption and/or Echoing Truth, as the card is to be more and more used with Empty the Warrens upheaval. Hopefully, you'll have a Memory Lapse or even a Muddle the Mixture to protect your kill. Even Condescend will be enough, with the massive amount of mana you should have thanks to the Sakura Tribe Elder.
Graveyard hate, such as Tormod's crypt, are way too few present to be really feared.
